If you want to create a support request, I can provide you with more info about why your account is triggering the warnings and I’ll respond as soon as I can. I don’t want to put that level of info about your account in a transmission. I’m not sure what you mean by Google or Apple, but I’m not using a system of theirs if that’s what you mean. It’s all custom built.
I've applied more changes and additions to the Blazot Community Signals risk-level system over the past few nights. It now has additional signals factored in to try to make it more accurate, but it's still a work in progress. These are intended to be a warning, not necessarily a decision. However, the higher the warning-level, the more likely it's a true risk. As it is further developed, it'll improve in accuracy. The goal is to keep Blazot from turning into a cesspool of fake, scammer, or bot accounts like so many other platforms have right now and to keep it as safe as possible for legit users on this platform. The hope is this will create so much friction for those accounts that they won't waste their time using this platform and instead go to those who aren't making such an effort to identify them and warn users (which is practically everyone else).
As I mentioned before, there are things you can do to prevent triggering warnings from a high enough risk score. One of the main ways is NOT to use cheap or free VPNs on Blazot, or add Blazot to the exclusions list to prevent the VPN from being active when using Blazot. These VPNs are heavily used by scammers and bots, so it will likely trigger a higher risk score. Another BIG reason why you shouldn't use the cheap or free VPNs is for your own security. You may be trying to be safer, but you're trusting them with all kinds of data, and you could be putting yourself at risk. How do you think they're making money? They are likely harvesting your data and selling it, or potentially worse. Since all your traffic is flowing through them, they would have the power to redirect you to a fake website that looks totally real (same domain name and everything) and steal your passwords. If you must use a VPN, I recommend using higher quality ones. I haven't used these, so I can't guarantee how good they are, but ExpressVPN, NordVPN, and ProtonVPN seem to have high ratings and therefore don't result in a higher-level risk warning at this time.
Another thing you could optionally do is sign up for a Blazot subscription. This lowers the risk score some, since it's far less likely a scammer, fake, or bot account would pay the subscription.
More features are coming in the near future, which will allow Blazot subscribers to either report fraud type accounts to increase their risk score or even vouch for accounts to lower their risk score. This is where the “Community” part of the Blazot Community Signals will come in. The reason it'll apply to subscribers is to reduce the likelihood of users trying to abuse the system.
These features will also be pushed to the mobile apps soon. I've been waiting to get it fine-tuned a little first but expect mobile app updates to go out very soon.
That wasn’t manually put on your profile, it’s part of a new and developing risk-level system in response to the high percentage of scammer/fraud/fake signups. I don’t use most of those platforms, but even if I did, I wouldn’t have time to perform manual reviews. The most likely reason is you’re probably using a VPN that is heavily used by scammers and it’s probably increasing the risk score beyond other factors that lower it. It stinks that this is even necessary, but Blazot needs a cutting edge risk-level system to help prevent people from being scammed. It may have some false positives or even not show a warning when it should, but over time I think it’ll be extremely helpful.
The bad accounts are eventually disabled after they are reviewed, but the system needs to warn users before that. If there was a Blazot promotion or something and 5,000 people signed up, it wouldn’t be practical to review every one prior to enabling the accounts, so all these features are being put in place step-by-step to allow Blazot to handle those cases of potential rapid growth.
I appreciate the offer, but I need to keep that level of moderation internal. However, the Blazot Community Signals system will eventually allow subscribers (probably level 3+) to add signals about an account which will factor into its score. These reports will show in a general way on the profile, like “10 users reported this account as a scammer.” It will need to be subscribers to help prevent users from trying to take advantage of the system. They will also have the ability to “vouch” for an account to improve its score.
